Job Details
My client, a global financial services business based in Central London, currently have an HR Associate (Operations) position available on an 6 month basis.
This role will provide first level HR support and will be responsible for the delivery of core HR services in a fast paced environment.
Duties:
- Responsible for the creation of employment offers and contracts
- Manage pre-employment screening
- Act as first point of contact for policies and procedures queries
- Employee life cycle administration for payroll, benefits, probation's, maternity, paternity & parental leave, references, changes to T&Cs, long service awards, Leaver process
- Accurate data entry and maintenance within the HR system
- Immigration support for sponsored employees including employee relocation processes
- Reporting
- Support termination processes including exit interviews
- Internal process creation, documentation and improvements coordinated with members of other HR functions
- Ad hoc and special projects as needed
Competencies:
- Thrives while working under pressure
- Proven experience operating in a similar operational position, ideally within a corporate environment
- Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise to meet deadlines
- Experience navigating in a complex, matrix organisation
- High accuracy, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
