Reward Consultant - Central London for the implementation of their reward framework across Europe
Your new company
A global growing, fast paced commercial business based in Central London are currently recruiting a Reward Consultant on an interim basis to lead on the implementation of their reward framework, for initially 3-6 months but the possibility of extension. Please note they require somebody who can start within the next 2 weeks. Your new role
You will consult on 5 key areas of reward, and mould the reward framework across their European countries. Reporting into the global head of Reward you will implement the programme across Europe, taking into account different tax and employment laws.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have demonstrable experience implementing reward across Europe - from LTIP implementation to base and bonus frameworks. You will be an excellent data analyst with the ability to analyst large amounts of complex data.
