My client has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and passionate Learning & Development Advisor to join their award-winning and dynamic team. This position is well suited to an individual who is looking to advance their career within one of the most established and reputable Accountancy Firms based in the heart of London.
The new Learning & Development Advisor will gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace, taking full responsibility of the implementation and smooth running's of the Learning & Development strategy. They will be working closely with key stakeholders at all levels to analyse and establish the training needs of the firm, leading to the creation of appropriate interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all queries related to Learning & Development.
- Help to design training strategies and occasionally delivering learning outcomes throughout the business.
- Monitoring the Learning & Development budget and preparing monthly reports.
- Identify capability gaps and implementing a variety of learning programmes to bridge these gaps.
- Managing all training events and providing necessary administrative support.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of the annual training schedules, and ad hoc internal training courses; scheduling, liaising with training representatives, booking rooms, diary management.
- Liaising with external providers i.e. arranging catering, IT equipment and course materials.
- Preparing all training materials and sending out post-course evaluation requests.
Experience/ Qualifications:
- Experience of working in a Learning & Development role for circa 2 years.
- Experience ideally within a professional services environment.
- The ability and confidence to liaise with key stakeholders.
- Experience with managing a training/ events database.
- Experience of delivering training sessions and/ or inductions is desirable.
