HR Business Partner
My client, a commercially driven and highly values led business now has an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis.
As HR Business Partner reporting to a Senior HRBP and managing an HR Adviser, you'll be responsible for contributing to and implementing the people plan within your designated business area. You'll deliver a proactive and high-touch service to your customers as you work to increase the capabilities of middle-managers across their business units and support the development of high performing teams.
In addition to providing all the day-to-day aspects of a generalist HR service, including extensive Employee Relations support, you'll also be involved in a range of project work including;
- Talent Management - owning this agenda within your client group
- Leadership Development - embedding Leadership Development "Take-aways"
- Coaching - Hands on
- Management development - a key part of the role, with a particular emphasis on supporting line managers to be well-rounded 'people managers'
To be considered for this fantastic career opportunity you will require proven experience of delivering a proactive HR partnership service in a commercial and fast paced environment. You'll also require very strong ER capability, including experience of managing change programmes, strong coaching skills and exposure to implementing proactive and developmental initiatives as part of a people plan (succession planning, engagement, talent management etc.)
