Your new company
You will be joining an international leading producer of convenience foods.
Your new role
As a HR Advisor, you will be responsible for all ER case work in the business. There will be high volume ER which could range from minor to complex. More complex cases will be managed by Senior HR Business Partners however you will be responsible for managing end to end including all ER administration.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience working in a high volume ER focused role. You will need to be confident enough to take ownership of this process and be able to manage end to end ER.
