HR Coordinator

As the HR Coordinator, you will be expected to provide a comprehensive administrative service in all aspects of HR relating to new and existing employees.

Other duties include:

Accurate and timely maintenance of the payroll database (including starters, leavers and amendments), ensuring that each payroll run is correct and in line with the timetable

Ensuring all eligible employees are enrolled onto the company pension scheme and up-loading monthly pension payments to provider

The HR & Payroll Coordinator will ensure that all paperwork and monthly payroll spread-sheets are completed by the cut-off date each month before sending over to the outsourcing payroll company to be processed

The HR Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and maintaining employee benefits i.e. healthcare, pension, childcare vouchers etc.

will liaise closely with the outsourced payroll providers as well as with the Head of HR and Finance department with payroll related issues

Education to degree level would be beneficial.

Strong knowledge of word, excel spreadsheets and Powerpoint would be very useful.
