HR Business Partner
Ashley Kate HR are delighted to be partnering a leading Manufacturing organisation who are seeking a HR Business Partner to join them in Northampton a full time basis. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for working with the Operations team across the whole employee life cycle, with a clear focus on management development and culture change. You will be the on site people lead, working with line managers and providing support concerning all people matters. Our client is going through a number of changes and so need an experienced manager to join the business.
HR Business Partner- the role:
·Manage employee life cycle processes, to include recruitment activity
·Take responsibility for the on-site training strategy
·Provide pro-active support and coaching to line managers in dealing with people matters
·Manage day-to-day employee relations issues
·Raise levels of awareness in relation to health promotion and general well being
·Ensure that communication channels are in place across sites and learnings are shared
HR Business Partner - The Person
·Previous HR generalist experience supporting line managers across the employee life cycle
·A proven background in leadership development and culture change is essential
·Specific experience of working within fast paced, blue collar environments would be advantageous
·Previous experience within a senior management team is desirable
