This leading online service provider supports global brands on improving their business performance to provide an online customer service. There unique business provides home based advisors who can fully operate at a low cost but high productivity. Based in Hammersmith, you will lead the recruitment of customer service agents across the UK with a team of 5 Recruiters. You will have a team Recruitment Coordinator who will assist on arranging interviews and providing support where possible.
Your new role
- Manage the recruitment for home based customer service agents
- Conduct a high number of interviews on a weekly basis mostly by video conference / webcam
- End to end recruitment
- Composing recruitment adverts and managing social media campaigns
What you'll need to succeed
- Confident and capable with a consultative approach
- Be able to manage a high volume workload
- Be comfortable with back to back interviews
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Process driven and be able to manage your workload
