HR Manager - Birmingham
12 months FTC
£50-60k + benefits
Exciting opportunity to work with the HR Director to deliver operational HR services, pro-actively identify process efficiencies and people issues, support line managers, maintain HR systems and providing management information.
This is a HR generalist hands on role with an emphasis on Resourcing, overseeing training and payroll.
The successful candidate will ideally come from Financial Services or a regulated environment. You will have a generalist background where you have delivered an effective HR service, able to produce and analyse reports, and have up to date knowledge of HR best practices, employee brand, culture change and employment law.
