Global Learning and Talent Development Specialist
Badenoch & Clark has been exclusively engaged by a growing business in Sussex to recruit a Global Learning and Talent Development Specialist into their team who will design tools, processes and programmes to support delivery of their talent and Learning & Development priorities. The role holder will act as a thought leader, bringing energy and passion as well as external insights. Regular contact with Divisional leaders and local HR managers will be essential to determine priorities, gain feedback on initiatives, partner in roll out of key activities and ensure initiatives are designed with the business in mind and adapted to suit local and cultural differences. Key focus areas will include early careers, recruitment, talent management, employer branding and onboarding.
The successful candidate will have:
*Extensive experience of recruitment and development of early career talent.
*Experienced user of corporate recruitment systems.
*Experience in marketing and attraction strategies to apply effective recruitment through a variety of mediums.
*Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills.
*Passionate about talent, L&D and impact on business success.
*Practical, pragmatic and hands on approach.
