Compensation and Benefits Manager, £100,000, London

I have a great opportunity for a compensation and benefits manager, working within the tech sector. I'm looking for someone who is an industry expert in reward, who has experience of both strategic and operational compensation and benefits.

This role is responsible for leading annual processes, such as salary reviews. It will also be responsible for working with external benchmarkers, analysing data and leading on Reward strategy in an agressively growing start-up tech business.

I am looking for someone who has previous reward experience, who is comfortable as the first line of contact for all reward matters and has a background within the retail space. Someone who is forward thinking, with excellent governance knowledge and has great people and communication skills.

This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who has strong leadership skills and is looking to really make their mark in a great organisation.
