• Have strong payroll experience
• Be process driven
• Experience of using integrated systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Good knowledge of employee legislation
• Ability to manage a team
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals
• Ideally experience within a public sector organisation

About the role

• Supporting the organisation on their change management strategy
• Provide advice on legislative changes
• Develop and implement procedures
• Review plans and develop an implementation timetable
• Provide payroll advice to clients
• Ensure the smooth implementation of systems and processes
