Description
The Senior HR Advisor will be responsible for:
- Managing employee relations as they come up
- Reviewing and aligning current international policies and procedures with the UK
- Performance Improvement
- Global Mobility
- Overseeing Payroll
- Ad hoc projects
Profile
The successful candidate will be/have:
* Experience working at advisory level ideally within a professional/financial services environment
* International experience would be beneficial (ideally Germany, Poland or US)
* An additional language would be advantageous
* Excellent communication
