HR Recruitment Consultant
The sucessful HR Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for proacitvely initiating and building commercial relationships with clients across London in order to generate revenue for the business. In addition to this the HR recruitment consultant will be responsible for providing both candidates and clients with consultative advice and effectively managing multiple recruitment processes.

Engaging with clients - you will be responsible for proacitvely building relationships with new and existing clients within your sector and industry which will include cold calling, meeting with clients, attending client pitches and creating proposals.
Engaging with candidates - you will be responsible for building a candidate base of HR professionals and working closely with candidates to match them to relevant opportunities based on their experience and requirements, acting as the industry and market specialist. This will include sourcing candidates via various means, screning candidates over the telepgone, interviewing candidatesface to face and giving hem direct feedback
Engaging with colleagues - you weill be responsible for networking across PageGroup, developing relationships internally and work as part of a team to motivate others.

A basic salary of between £23,00 and £27,000 dependent on experience + company benefits + bonuses and commission with OTE of £37,000 in your first year!
