Head of Global Payroll £75 - £90k + excellent package and bonus - City A global leading tech firm based in the City currently seek an experienced Head of Global Payroll.The geographic landscape includes the UK, EMEA, LATAM & APAC from an operational and strategic position. This role is responsible for managing a team of payroll professionals and will be expected to deliver on their training and development plus leading the payroll function from start to finish. Reporting into the Global Head of HR the initial requirements are as follows. RequirementsMust Have payroll operational experience across LATAM, EMEA & APAC;Must have managerial experience with proven success in learning and development;Will manage and provide expertise across all geographical sites;Be a subject matter expert for a start to finish payroll operation;Vendor Management; constant liaison with the payroll vendor;Be the main point of contact for all third-party providers;Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders;Strong business partnering with HR & Finance departments;Manage and maintain effective payroll frameworks;Be the key lead in all process improvements;Work closely with the international Payroll Manager to establish resource forecast; If you are interested in this vacancy and would like to hear more please do call Ross Bennett on 0207 337 7664 for a confidential chat.
