Interim Reward Manager
LMA is currently representing a leading leisure and hospitality brand who are recruiting for a Interim Reward Manager to join the team for three months.
This is a project Management role focuing on supporting the team deliver a new Bonus/incentive Scheme.
- Support Head of Reward with the development and framework of the company's philosophy
- Lead the design of corporate incentive design and alignment with Group policy
- Manage governance, framework and design of all local incentive schemes
- Conduct market analysis of relevant base pay, benefit and total reward benchmark data UK and International
- Undertake ongoing Market pay and gap to market analysis for each colleague group to drive strategic decisions
- Provide strategic direction on international pay policy
- Own development of reward elements of new starter contracts
