An exciting Recruitment Coordinator position has opened, working for a Technology firm based in Hammersmith. In this role, you will be working closely with the Lead Internal Recruiter and will receive exposure to senior stakeholders.
Your new role
In your new Recruitment Coordinator position, you will be heavily involved in the end-to-end recruitment function; liaising with hiring managers, posting job adverts, screening CVs, holding initial telephone interviews, coordinating face-to-face interviews and assisting with the offer and on-boarding function.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this new role, you will have a good understanding of the recruitment function, and it'll be an area that you're passionate about, and keen to grow in. Ideally, you'll have worked In-house in a similar capacity, and will have administered the entire recruitment function. Experience screening CVs, telephone interviewing candidates, and coordinating interviews is crucial, as is a strong attention to detail.
