Temporary HR Partner for 3 months paying £204-£213


Your new company
You will be working for a world leading Higher Education Institute located in South East London. This job is an interim role for a period of 3 months paying £204.54-£213.64 per day. You must be immediately available or on a one week notice period as you will be required to start week commencing 4th February 2019.
Your new role
As HR Consultant you will be reporting into the Deputy Director of Human Resources and be responsible for a designated number of departments (academic and professional). You will play a key role in the HR team by developing policies, practices and principles to support the staff and student experience. This is a generalist role, so you will also be required to support with employee relations and support the implementation of new procedures and initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working within Higher Education is highly desirable but not essential. The organisation is very unionised, so experience gained with an organisation which is unionised is essential and very useful for this interim role. You will be a strong generalist with key strengths in managing Employee Relations, Restructures and change management. Additionally, you will demonstrate excellent employment law knowledge, and this will be demonstrated in your ability to support managers and employees across the organisation with employee relation matters and writing and updating polices.
