*EMEA HR Director* **Munich**

My client is a retail company looking for an experienced (10+ years) HR Director having the responsibility for all aspects of human resource management including Comp&Ben, talent acquisition, HR policies, organizational development, training or administration functions.



Key Responsibilities

- Report to CFO and work with leadership team to create and implement HR policies

- Take care of Talent Management in several countries. Manage admin and Payroll

- Help in the development of the HR strategy and be aligned with the business.

- Manage Training and Coaching





Qualifications/Skills:

- Degree required. Masters in Human Resources is a plus

- 10-15 years of experience in Human Resources positions, with 5 years at a regional executive level

- Experience in change mgmt, organizational development and People.

- Experience in multinational companies and has commercial acumen

- Technical skills, analytical ability and strategic mindset.

- Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure

- Kowns about Employment law
