HR Assistant permanent positionStart: ASAPLocation: West LondonSalary: £24,000 - £25,000 + lots of benefits Oakleaf Partnership are working with one of Europe's fastest growing independent tech companies. This is an exciting HR Assistant role working for an expanding team and trailblazing company based in West London. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual looking to progress within a fun fast paced startup environment. You will ideally have previous experience in Human Resources and be educated to degree level ideally in Human Resources or studying towards CIPD.Duties but not limited to:You will support all things People and help with Onboarding, new processes and policies compliance, helping organising events and anything People in between!Administer all people documentation; employment contracts, job offer letters, addendums, maternity/paternity leave letters, resignation acknowledgement, reference and employment letters, etcEnsure documents Compliance; Right to Work, Maternity Documents, Sickness, etc and run regular auditsMaintenance of employee data on our HR system and employee files, maintaining accuracy on T&C's including visas and PR expiration.Coordination of new starter People team and whole company inductions, setting up desks and equipment on the first day, booking meetings, etc
