My client, a leading children's charity are looking for a switched on and highly people-focussed HRBP to join their London team. The role is offered initially as a 6 month contract and you will be responsible for working closely with managers across the business areas, providing proactive HR support and be involved in coaching and supporting line managers.

Duties will include:

Supporting on key HR and People Change projects

Operationally leading on complex ER cases and guiding management

Overseeing the delivery of HR Operations including payroll, recruitment and pre-employment checks

Working closely with the Assistant Director in developing key people policies

Working on complex and cross functional projects

Identifying people management requirements through the HR management information and workforce planning data

Preparing reports with clear HR analysis and recommendations

You will be expected to provide proactive professional HR support, inspiring, coaching and supporting managers to realise the best potential from their people, actively motivating and managing excellent performance. Reporting directly into the Head of Department, you will be responsible for delivering an effective, proactive and flexible HR service to your specific client group and the wider business.

The successful candidate will have proven leadership capabilities, be switched on and commercially minded. A high level of sound judgement and the ability to constructively challenge opportunities will also be required.
