Resourcing Team Leader -12 Month FTC Strategic Talent Acquisition / HR & Workforce Planning £75,000 +bonus
Your new company
This global organisation is seeking a Resourcing Team Lead to drive Strategic Talent Acquisition, workforce planning, contingency recruitment and functional support to the talent team. Reporting to the Global HR Director HR you will liaise with the Senior Leadership Team to continue the recruitment drive and HR Projects. Driving growth through talent resourcing for both passive and active professionals.
Your new role
As the Talent Resourcing Leader you will be responsible for the executive recruitment across EMEA along with driving certain HR Projects such as behavioural assessment centres, Diversity & Inclusion and global workforce planning. As you will be working across a number of countries it would be very valuable to have experience across EMEA, US, APAC or the Middle East.
What you'll need to succeed
- Working across multiple countries is essential
- Internal and Agency experience at a senior level with a strong operational recruitment focus
- Worked within large matrix organisations
- Excellent business partnering and stakeholder engagement
- Worked in a fast paced changing environment
