Your new role
This newly created role will bring the recruitment function in-house taking the responsibility of talent acquisition from store managers and into the HR team. The firm is rolling out a new recruitment system that you will be heavily involved in, as well as the full talent acquisition lifecycle. You will also assist on generalist HR administration as well.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working in recruitment through either agency or in-house. You will have a keen interest in developing and growing your career in both recruitment & HR.
