An exciting Japanese-speaking Expatriate HR Advisor position has arisen working for a multinational financial services firm in Central London. In this role, you will be working in a small HR team and will report into the HR Manager.
Your new role
In this Japanese-speaking Expatriate HR Advisor role, you will be managing International Global Mobility programmes, overseeing salary and benefit payments for expatriates, and updating procedures in accordance to changes in immigration and tax rules. Furthermore, you will be managing personal income tax reporting and returns for your expatriate population and will act as the first point of call for any expatriate-queries.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new Expatriate HR Advisor role, fluency in Japanese and English is a must. Experience handling a specific expatriate client group is key, as is in-depth knowledge of current income tax and immigration rules. Furthermore, you'll have dealt with complex immigration, personal income tax, salary/benefits issues for an expatriate client group.
