Due to team growth, a Big 4 Consultancy based in the City is looking to hire a Reward Consultant on a permanent basis.

Working alongside a highly successful and credible team, the consultant will be involved with the Remuneration Committee, Advising on Regulatory requirements and Long Term Incentive Plan design.

Additional responsibilities include:

Attending RemCo meetings, Reviewing of Papers & the Directors Remuneration Report

Advising on Regulations (Both UK and Global) and how to interpret/imbed into the organisation

Annual Bonus, Long Term Incentive Plan and Malus & Clawback design and implementation

Support ad hoc Reward projects

To be successful in this position, you will need previous experience within reward or executive compensation, either in an in house or consultancy remit, and a strong ability to communicate with clients to build relationships and advise.
