Job Details
The London office of a leading, global professional services organisation is currently looking for a Benefits Advisor to join their team. Sitting as part of the Reward team, this role will manage employee benefits and the relationships with benefits suppliers. The successful candidate will manage the annual benefit renewal processes, communicating with company employees and managing the administration of company benefits. Other responsibilities will include:Taking a proactive role in benefits strategyThe processing of data associated with company benefitsActive involvement in projects across the wider reward teamInvolvement with Payroll and Global Mobility responsibilities Key requirements:Previous position in a benefits focused roleCapable in dealing with employees and key stakeholdersPensions experience is preferred but not essentialHigh level organisational skillsDetail orientated, multitasking skills To be considered for interview, or for further information, please apply accordingly.
