HR Advisor (maternity cover)

Your new role
Working in partnership with the Head of HR, you will deliver a full and comprehensive HR service across the Group in line with the business and people strategies, for approx 500 employees. This is initially a 12 month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave. You will be involved in all aspects of HR, including employee relations, recruitment and talent management, implementing policies and procedures, supporting and coaching the management teams, L&D, pay and reward and HR project work.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone who is educated to degree level or equivalent, also qualified to level 5 or above CIPD. You will have proven experience of working within a human resources department at HR Advisory level, specifically including having worked with complex ER issues. The job requires someone with excellent communication skills who is organised, able to prioritise their own workload, who is emotionally intelligent with excellent people skills.
