Your new role
A typical HRBP role covering maternity leave for 12 months working closely with your stakeholders and providing a comprehensive HR service offering commercially sound solutions and interventions. You will support managers to drive performance, retention, attendance and talent management and will ensure they have appropriate successions in place. You will be a point of escalation for complex ER issues and will drive organisational change such as restructuring, TUPE etc in your business area.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have operated in an HRBP capacity before in a complex organisation, have strong employment law knowledge and be able to effectively manage HR change projects. You will be able to demonstrate strong influencing skills as well as high levels of emotional intelligence. You must be available for an immediate start.
