A successful, reputable global bank is looking for an interim HR Project Manager for approximately 9-12 months. Working closely with the HR transformation Lead you will be responsible for project managing, driving and supporting the execution of their HR workstreams, for a key area within the bank. This is a great opportunity to work on an exciting project and add real value.

Responsibilities include:

  • Devising and owning HR project plans for the People related workstreams
  • Working with the HRBP's and project team to ensure delivery of key project milestones are delivered
  • Collating key People data, undertaking detailed data analysis and presenting to key stakeholders
  • Working closely with the HRBP's to support execution and ensure HR processes are followed consistently
  • Supporting HRBP's to build frameworks to plan and manage the continuous process of change
  • Ensuring the project and HR teams are updated on project activity

Skills and experience

  • Must have strong HR generalist experience, with exposure to delivering large scale change/OD programmes
  • Strong data analysis and insights experience
  • Demonstrate excellent strong stakeholder and project management skills
  • Ability to deliver high quality work to tight timescales
