Oakleaf Partnership are working with a professional services company based in City of London recruiting for a Reward Analyst. This is a permanent position within a well established team, reporting directly to the Head of Reward.

The role will include:

Support the businesses annual and interim compensation reviews for the Group, and work with the Head of Reward to ensure implementation.

Perform role grade evaluation/alignment and produce salary benchmarking matrices for use in the annual and any interim compensation reviews.

Provide expertise and advice on all compensation related issues to HR and senior management

Support the delivery of quality Reward MI reporting, taking ownership of assigned routine reports, presenting complex data in a thoughtful and clear manner using different media

Assist the Head of Reward on the completion of papers and advice to the various governance committees (main Board, the Remuneration Committee and the Group Executive Committee) on remuneration related policies, processes and issues.

Understand how the Group's reward strategies, policies and processes comply with regulatory requirements, and support the Head of Reward on specific annual projects and reviews required to maintain compliance.

Working with the Head of Reward, analyse regulatory developments, assessing the impact of each development on the Group and advising senior management and HR accordingly.

Assist Head of Reward to produce the annual Gender Pay Gap report.

Assist with the design of any new incentive schemes, building models to detail the outcomes under various scenarios

Skills required include:

Understanding of reward agenda (salary, bonus, benefits) and regulatory framework and its relationship with business success, within a financial services environment.

Excellent communication skills - can present to, and interact with, varying stakeholders.

Embracing opportunities to develop and learn - showing a great level of self-awareness and drive, an inquisitive approach to work

Advanced excel skills.
