Oakleaf Partnership are pleased to be working with one of the Big Four Accountancy firms based in the City/Docklands. This will be an interim position on a rolling contract. This is a really great opportunity to join the in house recruitment team, helping find future talent that will enable the business to deliver their strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Working as a valued member of the UK&I experience hired recruitment team to deliver excellent candidate experience and identifying talent in the market directly

Defining a sourcing strategy to deliver the end-to-end recruitment processes accsoss the portfolio

Driving the planning, coordination and delivery of recruitment for a specific business area

Offering knowledge around best practice, market knowledge and the ability to source exceptional talent

Acting as an ambassador, embodying the firm's culture and reputation

Being responsive to business needs and demonstrating a timely response through own actions and proactively proposing ideas and solutions

Demonstrating knowledge regarding the type of measures and targets that are set for recruitment

The ideal candidate will be/have:

Excellent time and project management skills

Strong relationship building skills with the ability to challenge senior management where necessary

Solid experience in recruitment with a passion for direct sourcing and the desire to provide an

exceptional candidate experience

Comfortable working closely with Partners and Directors across the business
