This is a varied and challenging Birmingham Based in-house recruitment role. Our client is a successful market leading business that has never had a centralised recruitment function but has constant challenges around attracting and recruiting staff at all levels. As their lead Recruitment Professional you will be a key player within their HR function with responsibility for filling jobs and putting recruitment processes, systems and strategy in place.

You must have proven experience as an in-house recruiter which means you will need:

  • The ability to think creatively when it comes to recruiting for niche/bespoke vacancies
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills as well as an understanding of how to sell and embed recruitment processes to managers at all levels.
  • Experience of implementing a centralised recruitment process (PSL and ATS)

You must enjoy the challenge of managing end to end Recruitment Campaigns, be able to thrive in a busy HR team and have the ability to work well as a self managing/autonomous recruitment professional.

Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 & benefits.
