A leading, global financial services company is looking for a highly organised and proactive in-house Recruiter, initially on an interim basis, with a potential permanent opportunity afterwards. You will be responsible for temporary recruitment, working closely with agencies and key stakeholders and getting involved in ad hoc projects. This is a great career opportunity.

Managing the administration and recruitment process of the temporary staff, responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand the needs of the business
  • Managing agency relationships, reviewing performance to ensure service delivery
  • Management of the end to end recruitment process from collating CV's, arranging interviews to offer stage, negotiating temp rates and charge rates
  • Responsibility for invoices, preparing reports and database management
  • Ensuring all temps are compliant, keeping on top of expiry dates and contract renewals
  • Ad hoc projects

Skills and experience

  • You must have previous RPO, in-house recruitment experience within financial services, professional services or a large, corporate environment
  • If you have recruited for temporary staff previously, this will be an advantage but is not essential
  • You will have strong relationship management skills, be well organised and adaptable to changing needs
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of AWR, work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a team and under your own initiative
