Job Details
A leading, global financial services company is looking for a highly organised and proactive in-house Recruiter, initially on an interim basis, with a potential permanent opportunity afterwards. You will be responsible for temporary recruitment, working closely with agencies and key stakeholders and getting involved in ad hoc projects. This is a great career opportunity.
Managing the administration and recruitment process of the temporary staff, responsibilities include:
- Working closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand the needs of the business
- Managing agency relationships, reviewing performance to ensure service delivery
- Management of the end to end recruitment process from collating CV's, arranging interviews to offer stage, negotiating temp rates and charge rates
- Responsibility for invoices, preparing reports and database management
- Ensuring all temps are compliant, keeping on top of expiry dates and contract renewals
- Ad hoc projects
Skills and experience
- You must have previous RPO, in-house recruitment experience within financial services, professional services or a large, corporate environment
- If you have recruited for temporary staff previously, this will be an advantage but is not essential
- You will have strong relationship management skills, be well organised and adaptable to changing needs
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of AWR, work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a team and under your own initiative
