Job Details
A 6-9 month contract, working as an ER Manager for a large, well known brand.
The opportunity to support senior management in all Employee Relations issues.

The company is a market leading brand, well known and experiencing growth globally.
Description
This fixed term contract will provide employee relations advice to Senior Management across the UK. The ER Manager will work with the wider management team on complex cases and will manage Employment Tribunals.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing advice on disciplinary process at an advanced level
Advise Staff Managers on ER procedures to include flexible working, parental leave, working hours etc, driving best practice
Working in partnership with Senior Managers to advise on probation, disciplinary, and grievance cases
Partnering external consultancies and lawyers in non-complex claims
Attend employment tribunals, representing the business
Policy Development - keeping the company updated with all relevant legislation changes
Profile
The ideal candidate will be available at short notice, and will have a strong background in Employee Relations, gained from a multi site group.
Job Offer
