Your new company
An Excellent, Permanent Senior HR BP job opportunity, with a leading Public Sector organisation in Milton Keynes who value their employees and are keen for their employees to develop and grow with their rapidly expanding business.
Your new role
As a Permanent Senior HR BP, you will work closely with the HR Director and Head of HR Operations you will be responsible for leading a small HR team and managing and developing your team. You will also be responsible for talent management, succession planning, influencing and supporting change processes and assisting the HR Director with all HR & OD Projects and initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as a Senior HR BP, you must be Qualified to MCIPD level or equivalent
