Oakleaf Partnership are exclusively working with a FTSE 100 global business based in central London. We are recruiting for a Global Reward Manager to join a highly skilled Reward function.

This role is a newly created opportunity as a result of a global transformation programme, and will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the total reward strategy. The client is able to offer the opportunity to work for a hugely successful business, with a plan of breaking into the FTSE 100 in the next 5 years, with a unique start up feel.

As the Global Reward Manager you will be reporting directly into the Global VP of Reward, taking a lead on the delivery of the core global reward processes. You will be supporting on the creation of RemCo papers, supporting on all aspects of exec and cash compensation as well as global benefits. This is a broad total reward opportunity where the client is looking for a highly pragmatic individual that truly understand the commercial reality of their work. The successful candidate will have the ability to see opportunities to improve and streamline processes across pay review processes and performance management. This role will offer a blend of business as usual responsibilities as well as transformation projects and process ownership.

The Global Reward Manager will be confident in the business facing aspects of this role, facing off to senior level stakeholders and getting to know the business. You will be working as part of a team passionate about what they do and the quality of their delivery.
