Exciting new opportunity for a Benefits Manager to join a leading brand based in central London. Our client has appointed an interim benefits manager to kick off a large scale benefits transformation project for the business. We have been tasked to source the permanent Benefits Manager to take over both the project and BAU benefits responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of day to day management of benefits as well as the ability to identify areas of improvement and implementing change to better communicate benefits to employees. You will be managing third party suppliers as well as act as the internal benefits and pensions expert.
