Annapurna Recruitment is partnering with a Global Consultancy to recruit a HR Service Delivery Manager.

As a HR Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for managing the relationship between the consultancy and the clients. You will ensure that all contractual SLA's are delivered in a timely and efficient manor.

Ensure all operations for your allocated customers are delivered according to contractual standards.

Deliver high levels of satisfaction to the client. Look for revenue growth opportunities and manage the relationship.

Oversee change and control projects for your client portfolio to ensure deliverables are met.

Engage with your customer on a day to day basis to ensure all expectations are met.

Produce high quality reports regarding to all HR and Payroll operations.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of HR and Payroll software is an advantage.

MS project knowledge is desirable.

CIPP or CIPD.

Strong interpersonal skills.

This is an exciting role to work for a global leader in their field. The role is paying up to £55,000 + Benefits.
