Interim HR Generalist, 3 - 6 months, £20-£22 per hour, Leading Marketing Agency, City of London
Your new company
You will be joining an international leading marketing agency based in the City of London.
Your new role
As a HR Generalist, you will be supporting the HR director with implementing new policies and procedures, as well as reviewing current processes and developing plans on how to improve and simply procedures. You will also provide ad hoc support where and when necessary
What you'll need to succeed
You must have previously worked in a large organisation with experience in implementing and setting up new processes. This role requires the individual to be very proactive and take ownership of processes. You will be speaking with senior stakeholders in the business, therefore, excellent communication skills are a must.
