HR Reward Analyst in Central London 3-6 months, ASAP start

A global FTSE 100 business with Central London offices are recruiting for a HR Reward Analyst for a 3-6 month period. This is a fantastic business with a great reputation.
Your new role
You will support the HR Director on all of their data requirements. You will collate data, run reports form the system, analyse the reports, and then present the data to the HRD, offering reasons and recommendations. The data will be around, headcount, attrition, diversity etc.
You will also support on the salary and bonus reviews, and support on salary benchmarking, pulling all data together for internal and external use. What you'll need to succeed
You will be a strong HR Data Analyst with some reward experience. You will have excellent Excel skills and used to dealing with large amounts of sensitive data. You will also have supported on reward activities.
