Interim HR Operations Coordinator - London - Up to £220 per day

Annapurna HR have been engaged by a Global Financial Services Firm seeking an Interim HR Operations Coordinator. The organisation require someone who can deliver HR transactional Services to a high standard and have an immediate impact in the role.

Your role will be to lead HR Operations delivery to the organisation, managing a small team to ensure effective employee lifecycle process delivery. You are responsible for all HR Operations responsibilities, driving customer focused delivery, HR Processes streamlining/documentation, and MI & Data reports and integrity.

Key skills required:

  • Strong HR Operations/HR Shared Services experience
  • Experienced overseeing full employee lifecycle responsibilities
  • MI & Data proficiency
