GLOBAL LEARNING & PERFORMANCE PARTNER - 9 Month FTC

My client are a global Publishing company who have an exciting Global role within their Head office in London.

The Global Learning and Performance Partner manages Learning, Development and Performance activity to ensure they are meeting the learning, capability and performance development needs of the business. This includes responsibility for all global regions and also involve collaborating on group wide projects.

This role is a fast paced, high profile role working closely across the business and will suit someone with a passion for learning and development.

Key role responsibilities:

• Broad Learning and Development experience across areas such as management and leadership development, personal effectiveness and functional/technical expertise.

• Collaborate with the wider team identify business needs - creating solutions such as online learning, training, workshops, toolkits, videos and coaching line mangers.

• Conduct regular training needs analysis across the business and address the gaps using blended learning interventions.

• Online Learning - Drive engagement with online learning, sourced via LinkedIn Leaning, internal resources, and other externally sourced resources
