Interim HR Business Partner
The organisation has multiple sites across the UK in various different disciplines, but this role will involve supporting the population at the Head Office- therefore from an interim perspective it is imperative that candidates only apply if they have had experience supporting and Business Partnering a Corporate client group- evidencing influence senior leaders and having gravitas to come in, establish credibility quickly with immediate impact.
-You need a strong individual who has worked at Exec/Board level
-You will need a lovely mix of operational and functional experience- and be able to switch between the two as and when required
- You will need to evidence building strong relationships at all levels
-You will need to cope with high change and work at pace
-You will be the HRBP responsible for driving the HR function forward, and need to feel comfortable in a leadership position
