Ashley Kate are working alongside an international client on their search for a HR Admin Assistant to join their growing team!
Birmingham based, our client is growing rapidly and requires a HR Admin assistant to come and join them on a permanent basis, the role is offering up to £20,000 depending on experience.
The HR Admin assistant will contribute to providing a professional HR service, working closely with the wider team. This client offers a chance to work for a fast moving, forward thinking international business. Friendly, fun and a fantastic learning culture, that is only going to continue to grow. The role:
Management and response of incoming HR enquiries,
Management of HR correspondences, letters/emails/contracts
Resourcing and assisting with advertising vacancies
Maintaining database and HR files
ER Support and note taking, absence reporting
General administration to support the team
The successful candidate will have experience within a HR environment, and be keen to develop a career within HR. Ideally CIPD qual or working towards, and available to start immediately. We are seeking a strong communicator, with advanced organisational skills, interested in contributing to a diverse and fast paced environment.
