Ashley Kate are partnering with a leading manufacturing client in their search for a HR Coordinator based in Wetherby.

The role is to support the HR Manager as they look to restructure their HR team.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to-
·Ensuring high quality operational support if provided for HR team.
·Supporting HR restructure projects and redundancies as and when they are implemented.
·Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed and correctly used.
·Taking an ownership of the full employee life-cycle, ensuring all support has bene provided through this process.
We are looking for someone who is CIPD qualified and has good previous experience in a similar role.
