If you are an experienced Learning & Development Advisor ready for your first Assistant Learning Manager role then this role will be the perfect platform to develop your career in 2019...

Working at this leading and award winning organisation, you will be part of the team from day one, identifying capability gaps and implementing learning interventions and programmes to bridge these gaps. You will work in partnership with the business, HR Business Partners and external industry experts and build long lasting relationships.

The Head of Learning & Development has described this role as being one where you will work closely with the business and have visibility, along with the ability to make an impact and affect change. She is keen for you to work closely alongside her to gain further exposure and experience which will help you to develop your future career. With her guidance you will work together to take responsibility for designing training strategies and delivering learning outcomes throughout the business. You will also ensure targeted and blended learning solutions are delivered. The solutions must be commercial, evaluated and meet the needs of the business with a focus on application and delivery. You will also provide strategic and proactive thought leadership on the approach to L&D and translate this into tangible business drivers.

Whilst you are being mentored by the Head of L&D, you will take responsibility for mentoring and developing the L&D Administrator.

They have an enviable City centre location, close to London Bridge, Bank and Liverpool St.

Person Profile:

In addition to a strong Learning & Development background you will have either Financial Services or Professional Services experience. You will be comfortable with delivery up to a Senior level as well as managing the New Partner Inductions.

They are hoping to find someone that they feel is a good team fit (i.e. professional but also able to have fun behind closed doors).

I would be happy to provide a job description and more information if you have any questions.
