A fantastic 12-month HR Business Partner opportunity is available within a worldwide investment firm in East London. The role requires the successful candidate to be responsible for partnering with the equities & EMEA teams. Responsibilities:Build key stakeholder relationships within the team & larger businessBe the key point of contact for all policy & people management guidanceProvide assistant & advice for the internal recruitment team on lateral positionsManage the recruitment approval functionLiaise with in-house Legal advisorsContribute the organizations policies and procedures in employee relation casesRegularly evaluate market research to ensure the reward & compensation package that is offered, is competitiveProactively ensure that the cyclical performance review is introduced Requirements:Extensive HR Generalist exposureFinancial services experienceDegree educated or equivalentExcellent Microsoft Office skillsAnalytical mindsetAbility to work autonomously and willingness to be accountable
