Your new role
Reporting into a Head of Learning and Talent, you will be joining a newly formed, friendly team at an exciting time of organisation wide transformation and innovation. Your overarching responsibility will be to shape and develop talent management, ensuring managers are equipped with the best tools and knowledge to build on a high performing culture and engaged workforce. You will use your expertise in talent and resourcing to oversee succession planning and talent pipelines, in addition to delivering improved performance management processes and retention methods. Working collaboratively with others, including the Head of Diversity, will ensure you identify talent challenges and work strategically to scope out future needs whilst using key metrics to support decision making.

What you'll need to succeed
Your strengths will include succession planning and talent management with key emphasis on performance management and leadership development. You will be solutions orientated and determined with the ability to engage and motivate!
