Your new role
As Interim HR Manager you will cover maternity and manage and develop the HR team of 5 as well as partner with your own client group. Reporting to the HR Director you will be responsible for building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders as well as supporting the management team to meet their business plans by providing strategic and day to day leadership within the field of HR. You will also be responsible for supporting line managers across the business unit to deliver organisational success in areas such as change management (including restructure/ redundancies processes), organisational design, employee engagement and talent analytics when required.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have a generalist back in a complex matrix business. You will have proven experience of managing and developing an HR team spread across multiple sites as well as experience of business partnering. You will must be able to demonstrate your experience of supporting businesses through acquisition and integration as well as restructure, organisation design, succession planning and coaching and developing staff. You will be quick to influence and engage at a senior level and will be computer savvy and able to interpret and present data. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to a 12 month contract.
